WHAT DOES NOT KILL ME MAKES ME STRONGER

Exams the entire week, and the week before, I'm bored with it all. I'm thankful for the education officer who gave the initially-sounding-lame advice. She gave everyone somewhat advices that didn't make sense in the beginning, but now they do. I'm glad I did follow through all that was advised.

Let me share with all of you what exactly she said. We were told that revision gotta start way way on the 1st day of school. So always start planning before a term commences, not plan when it reaches the peak for exams. Let's say we have 5modules this term, PBF, Maths1, Stats1, POA and Econs. Firstly, rank them according to your strength in them. Give yourself at least 2days to revise each of this modules. Since we've all no luxury of time, we gotta be wise. A week comprises 7days. 5modules can't be done in 10days for a week's schedule. Put 2days for the weaker ones, and 1day for the modules you're better at. Monday & Tuesday for PBF, Wednesday & Thursday for POA, Friday & Saturday for Econs, Sunday for Maths1 and Stats1 on alternate weeks. Ta-da..Here's one I've come up with.

You need not come up with any timetable format or write it down in details. Just let yourself know that certain days are delicated for certain subjects for at least 3-4hours per day. Of course, you'll definitely have the rest of the time looking for activities like dating, shopping, catching a movie, etc. haha..

It's pretty easy. Trust me!

Yesterday's Apostolic Prophetic night wasn't just a mark in my calendar. It's a mark in the calendar of my life. After the somewhat waiting-singing on stage for the time where the Cmers can go for their turns, I was settled down for His Word, I wanted badly. Pastor Jonathan prayed for me. It's not about his size that amazed me. He's the DEW Pastor, and I know he's a great man of God. But all didn't matter, as I wasn't hungering for a great man's word, but for His Word for me. As he prayed, he spoke slowly, praying in tongues continuously to be led by the Holy Spirit. then........Here He speaks: "You've been giving and sowing, but you didn't know and you can't see the results of all that you've been giving. The Lord says "I will reward you for giving and sowing into lives. Everytime you do so, you're did it for me. Look up to me, for I will reward you!". Let there be hope and life into her life. " I wanted to tear, but it went the other direction. I smiled and thank the pastor, whom asked me then if the words spoke to me. Definitely they do.

I walked away from the alters, to find that I was actually the one being prayed for the longest. All the singers were back on stage. Discreetly I walked up. Tears still going the wrong direction. Finally, I went into worship, and the tears stopped retarding. They flow in the correct direction, down my cheeks. It's not that I'm worried to cry since I'm on stage. It's where I found myself alone with the Lord. I kept thanking Him for reassuring me. I've not done it all in vain.

On my way home, I was glad to hitch a ride from ZhiGuo. Along the journey, he spoke about very sensible stuff, from the sensible man. The shift from juvenile to the adulthood; God didn't give me a spirit of fear, but the authority. How God will ask me this question, "How do you say I am?", and I will answer "You are my King, my Friend, my Counsellor. My Love!".
